01All transactions structured on this platform have been rated investment grade by nationally recognized statistical rating organizations. Ratings to date have ranged from AA− to A−, assigned by agencies including two of the three largest.
Ratings cannot be guaranteed, and every transaction is analyzed on its own facts. What the record establishes is that the analytical path exists, that it has been walked more than once, and that the documentation framework supporting it is standardized and repeatable.
